RS4 B8 known issues?

hiya, I've got a mate who's looking at getting a RS4 B8 and this on has made the short list

One of the issues with this car is that it's a UK import and with the Audi international warranty, any claim needs to be paid by the customer and is then reimbursed once Audi pay the workshop.

Are there any known issues on the cars so far? Common faults etc

The car has only done 8000ish K's and is a decent spec (only gripe he has is that it doesn't have a reversing camera - is this upgradable? $$?)
