Tyre load rating

Post by bops4 » Sun Sep 29, 2013 8:40 pm

Looking to upgrade my c6 le mans to 20's with 255 / 30 / 20. My current setup uses 96y xl tyres on 19's.
Can't find any 20's with the same load rating, everything seems to be 92, 93y xl
Would these be ok

At a guess I would say no.
Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar

If you can go to a 35 profile the Dunlop sport maxx is available in 97 XL

It will increase the diameter by 25mm though.
