Yep, they will be on all of our cars as of next week. I just can't believe that I have mulled 2 PSS with loads of tread left on them!

Nothing to do with that muppet. Sorry, as much as I love humour, the fact that I have had to shell out close to an additional 2k in replacement rims/tyres this year when the £1200 PSS tyres hardly have any real wear on them doesn't fill me with joy dude.

The Goodyears are a done deal, I just wondered what people's opinions are on the Vred Vorti.

They aren't any cheaper than the Goodyears so would have to be special. Good looking tyre I grant you but not relevant to keeping nigh on 2tonnes of car on the road.

Sore point with me and I have been sooooooo raped financially this week I am actually borrowing a few hundred from Madam to get me to the end of the month so I don't have to take it from the company. One big ass bill from MRC for the work this week plus the 4 new tyres and 1 new rim, plus the work on the scoob= sore cornhole.

Took the Scoob out for what was supposed to be a quick blip around the corner when I got back from Guildford as I hadn't driven her for a week. Ended up gone for 30 mins as I attacked everything on the A roads around here with maximum boost at all times. Much better mood now, such a great weapon, in a totally different league to the pretty soulless 6 sadly for driver fun.

Well Eagle Assy2 fitted all round and I'm very happy with them however I'm not so happy with the big chunk and crack on my front left wheel arch that came free with the fitment and tracking.

To be fair there has been no argument from the fitment company but I could have done without the hassle.

I was surprised how little clearance there is from the suspension arm and would hate to see the larger diameter tyres squeeze in there!

I've got 255/35/19 fitted and obviously there is a visible difference over the R01 tyres sidewalls as the Goodyears sit substantially wider on rim rather than taper to avoid knobbly.

I was thinking more how close do 20inch rims and tyres sit to the suspension arm as under cornering loads the sidewalks will flex.

255/35/19 against 275/30/20

sidewall height on the 20 inch is actually lower than the 19 inch tyres by 6.75 mm , so probably wont flex as much as the 19 inch
overall tyre height , the 20 inch is 12 mm taller

What happened to the wing?

It looks like the wheel has caught the arch in the front left lower corner when they put the wheel on and it's chipped and cracked the paint. It's too sunny to get a good photo atm.
