Tyres
Re: Tyres
Best price I found was 810notes per axle. That's a lot of moo-laa, add fitting into that and it's getting 'pricey' for 5000 miles. I paid 1230 for the Mitchy Pilot Super Sticky Sports. Consider the Dunlops Super Maxx thingumgys before this summer runs out. Think about it.R8GXR wrote:Hotchkis (spelling!) first when I go to Vancouver in Oct then 888s I think as those look to fit well!
No matter where you go, there you are.
Re: Tyres
*they're
They're 305-320ish a corner for (by all reports) 12,000 mileage, even on heavy cars. But they're probably more road friendly, they might even keep you barely alive in the winter months. As Sonny reported, the triple 8s WILL kill you in anything colder than a sneeze in front of a can of diet Pepsi.
That said, even Mitchy Pilot Cups are cheaper but if the PSS are anything to go by, the Mitchy thinner grooves (versus the GY F1 asyms 2s) will prove a real handful in cold/wet... IMO.
