Sticking speedo

Post by dlmoreton » Mon Mar 10, 2003 7:00 pm

I have just bought my first S2 and although I have a huge grin , the facia on the speedo dial is peeling slightly but enough for the speedo to catch on it.
How do you get to this dial to stick it down again?
It's annoying not knowing how fast I have gone yet!
Cheers

hi matey,

if you read thru the bits on pauls site there is a bit on there about wiring up the MIL circuit and you have to remove the speedo to do that, so once that is out u just need to remove a couple more screws and you will be able to take the front facia off and stick it back down.

you might be better getting new dials to go in there though.

Hi Greg,
Do you know where I could get a new one and how much it would cost.
Cheers

Got the dash out but am unsure of which screws to take out to get to the dials.
Any ideas
