I'll bring the stocks and tomatoes!!!

I ordered an RS4 (Avant - what other options are there? 8) ) a few months ago and all I was told was mid 2005 delivery and it will be 4.2 litre.

This suspense and speculation is killing me........

i was told the same recently,after my audi technition took a company organised weekend to quattro gmbh.
i asked him to find out what he could about the new rs4,which up until now he only knew what i had told him.
after he returned the only info he was given was that it would be a 500+BHP V8,and a 350-400BHP a3 will be released but will not have the rs badge.
can audi produce a 4.2l that is 500+BHP when bmw require a 5.0l or will it be bigger bore or have turbos.
maybe the saloon will be 420n/a and the avant 500with turbos :biggrin3:

A3 with 350/400bhp and without the RS badge...humm...don´t believe, but let´s wait to see. I read somewhere in this forum that the future S3 will have 330bhp, so if they launch a more powerfull version than this, that can only be a RS version. Maybe if the future RS4 get 500 bhp :D :D , they can know produce and makes sense an RS3 with 380/400bhp. Let´s wait.....

So much MAYBES! and no one confirm yet...:)

Ah yes Quattro gmbh thats where it must have been, He must have been on a Master tech trip to the factory.
