They have mega speed bumps everywhere over there though, plus the cops carry guns and will use them if the want to. Have you gone to Coco Bongos yet?? Great laugh!

Seaside Suites thats outside reception towards Hidden Beach aka the nudist resort. Btw I was wrecked last night as they gave me shots everytime I went for a drink at the bar. $-)

I went there with my girlfriend (exactly three years ago, June 2010), would love to go back... Hope they don't mess it up with the expansion. It was in the top ten Forbes' most romantic hotels. I didn't think I would like it as it is all quiet, and about relaxing, full of OAPs, or honeymooners and I was 20 and as immature as ever but it is one of my best if not the best holiday I've had.

That block is all finished now. They are building a new reception next to the Spa and turning the current one into a piano bar. It seems all nice and tidy to me especially after the bad weather last week. I would come back again but not for awhile.

Apparently they are not going to do anymore expansions so it will stay like this for the forseeable future. I decided to go for a beachfront room in the end, We're not far from Guacamayas but the room doesn't seem noisy on a night.

Klay talay I think. Vida is stunning.
Get up, breakfast, back to the room and empty hurts. Open patio door and get in the lazy river, down to the swim up bar, leave bar at 2pm, get dragged back to the room, food then back down the swim up bar. Hard work doing all that.
