Slippy clutch (?) on my RS4
Ahh, ok. Then they gave me a quite reasonable price.. I'm sure it depends from place to place, and I must count on a price a like that on many other places too -- at least something like it. The taxes and VAT etc is very very high in Norway, so that counts a little too.
They said they have to change 4 parts; the clutch itself, two wheel shafts or something and one gasket belonging to the exhaust system. So I guess this is what is costs
and my RS4 will be perfect and in good health.

I thought the norm was a 10 hr job to replace the clutch - least thats what i was quoted by my dealer.. im just waiting to get my baby back after a new cluch & gearbox repair..

They should all be signing from the same hymn sheet, if you input the job into the service computer, it will come back with standard time, the only variant in all of this is the price that the dealer charges per hour, we know central London is more than Exeter, would be interesting to run a thread on this...........
