Hi Phil,

Nice to meet you too ! :D

I would love to come over and join a track day !

In fact, the TT club asked me to see if i could arrange a meeting in the UK for next year.
Maybe we can combine the 2. We could have a 3 day trip, with a trackday in between (for the people who are up for it ). :)

I'll let you know what i come up with ...

Would very much like to experience trip to the Lemans 24 if Im welcome in your camp, just as long as is doesn't clash with my plans to do the IOM TT kart race im doing next year.
I certainly did matey... I really appreciated it. And don't worry, firstly I'm a good passenger with a competent driver and I don't scare easily! Secondly, at no time did it feel like you weren't in control, so what was there to worry about? It might have been different if I'd been with you at the "oil incident"

Well, as I've said, everyone would be more than welcome at our camp whether next year or another time if you can't make it. Just bear in mind that we're fairly "hardcore" Le Mans-ers and drink, party and are generally rather loud the whole time! And that's without taking our sound system into account!

All together now:

I have finally finished packing up all my old bits off the car and all the other jobs the lined up for me.

I would like to thank JR , Phil and Kelly ,Tim , JohnW, RS4 John , Charles ,DaveP, Eddie, Andy, Pete , Gav , Glen and All the French Connection. Also RS4j's mates.

Glen I have your cap VW and thanks for the logs on my car. It is running perfect.
John W Thanks for the discs.
Cheers Boys and Kelly

This was my first track day and Boy was it an experience.
I felt like I had chucked myself in at the deep end but luckily I cam out ok.
Not for the faint hearted (spa and the ring ) but we did very well as a group.
Channel 39 was some light relief from the stress , I cannot knock it.
Andy just got a little friendly after a few beers but gay sex on the telly that was the limit. I had to knock him out each night that was probably the noise.

Eddies place was ace, The trip was a life time experience I hope to be able to attend again in the future.

Thanks to you all for making a brilliant trip.

Gordon.
The car is fast the driver is catching up. Never thought I would say that.

Fatcat it was my absolute pleasure.

Never has a prediction been more accurate. I even indulged in photography. Probably the last intact pic ever taken, and he was next to you!!

Not stupidly fast, but good lines and curteous to other vehicles. Well done Bert
