Anti Virus renewal

Its time to renew my anti virus for the PC currently I am using McAfee came with the PC. Its is up on the 27th this month is it worth renewing or going for something new

The free version of Avast is currently one of the best...

Kaspersky is free to all Barclay's customers if thats who you bank with.

It is just had a look on Kaperskys web site cant see anything about the offer though

You need to log onto your online banking.

Select the products drop down at the top and you will see Kaspersky offer listed under solutions.

This will take you to the Kaspersky page for Barclays customers :thumbs:

Gone down hill recently.
their app scanning algorithm is far to heavy for most uses and causes delays and stutters.

I switched to Eset Nod32 and whilst a pay AV solution it is stunning (and found stuff Avast missed).
Also worth looking to use in conjunction with Malware Antibytes.

Try Microsoft Security Essentials. It's free and not too bad at all. Many of the paid-for AV solutions are now completely over-bloated.
VW Toe-rag V6 R-line.... no curry hooks...wtf ?

Cheers for that it was mentioned to me about WE I have installed Kepersky get it free with Barclays
