Post by MikeFish » Mon May 06, 2013 10:03 am

You all going this year?
Sunday 11th August 2013

Really enjoyed it last year and looking forward to it already this year.

New venue too:

Will there be an RS246 stand?

Likewise, didn't meet many last year and didn't even park up with the rest of the forum. Will miss GTi International again due to it coinciding with my summer holidays, and I haven't seen anything about the annual meet yet either.

I'll probably bring the mrs and kids too Kev. Last year her S3 was still on order so this year she will be attending as an Audi owner.

My Mrs is driving around in her 2 week old A1 S-Line - but I suspect she won't be interested in showing it off - 'it's just a car' I'll ask though
Would be good to put faces to names on the forum :nodder:

I couldn't see it when looking for a parking space so just parked on the end and wandered around. Only found it right at the end when the new born was wanting feeding meaning it was time to move on.

I really wanted to go to this again this year but family commitments have taken priority! gutted!

Yes the stand was a bit poor...although we had quite a few members turn up and it was good to see all their Audi's and put faces to names.

On the stand front I agree we do need to put a lot more effort in - maybe PhilT can step up and provide some flags and marketing material this time?

It's a good event and is run by Calvin - if you want a stand this year then I suggest contacting him as he'll reserve a spot for you guys.

P.S. He's always updating this if your on FB.

Is this an event you can just turn up to and pay on the day?
