I am coming! I just have to go back to Sydney for them.
They were posted on RS4.org before. I think I might have sent them to you before too.

Hey Paul, one of your plots seems to have a torque curve, but from what I can see no reference to nM or ft/lbs scale. Can you check this for me mate as I would like to include you on this

I've just loaded my AmD re-map Power & Torque curves into the gallery.

The car is a Nov 99 S4 with standard cats & exhaust.

Andy, these were done at G-Force and I seem to remember that Bushy had the same problem (lack of lb/ft or Nm figs) .
I cannot remember how it was calculated though.

Jeff, you had good torque figures on the STD map, was your car really std that time?

Also check out the Thread I posted ECU Shootout it has some good comparisons but sadly AMD themselves were not at that one.

Joules

The car was bog standard before the re-map.

As to the ECU shoot-out, I'm afraid that there is only one company that I will deal with for Porsche/Audi and that's AmD. Simply because they RR the car before then build a map for that specific car (obviously from a set of base settings) doing power runs through out the process and then a final before and after print out. I had a 944 Turbo re-mapped by AmD (275 BHP up from 220) and it was as reliable after the change as before.

If you want to take the risk with a straight ECU change or chip without checking the settings on a RR then feel free. I know who I trust

Fair point Jeff,

However I have a local RR that I have used in the past and rest assured that is where mine will end up after any upgrade. If I do go REVO I have the option as I said in my post to drive straight to a RR to get the results before paying a penny? try before you buy is a good selling point.

If I were going stage 2 or 3 I maybe thinking custom mapping.

Ok guys getting setup for the new plot,

Bushy - you aint got a current torque plot
Tweaky - sorted
Biturbo - You aint got a torque plot
Dog - sorted
Jeff - sorted

Let me know if you've got a torque plot, otherwise we'll go with what we have.

Btw - aint it strange that you don't get a torque plot from G-Force?

See Bushy's post that he made after speaking to Chris @ G-Force.
Basically the graphs with lb indicate tractive force

to convert to lb ft of torque at the flywheel divide by 1700 then multiply by 355

However this will only indicate the torque assuming we hav the same transmission losses as a skyline, which is 27%

Hope that helps
