Build time

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to build an RS4? According to the dealer mine's been in production for over a week now.

Mine took about 3-4 weeks from in production to arriving at the dealers

Great question, I just got build week confirmation for next week (w/c 22nd April), so very keen to hear how long before I get to pick it up now

Mine was build week 15 (w/c 8th April) and went into production on that day, but Audi are still showing it as "in production", which seems to me to be longer than usual. I was told that RS4's usually take 3 to 4 days to build? Delivery from the factory is 3 to 4 weeks, (that I do know).

Hmmm, that is a little worrying. I was told by the dealer I would be looking at a late May (probably the last week) delivery following on from build during w/c 22nd April. Will ask my dealer the same question and let you know what is said

Mine was build week 5 and was delivered to the dealership in week 9 if that helps

Doesn't take more than a week to build but build week to delivery depends on ship schedules.. Mine took three weeks from build week to delivery

Just heard back from the supplying dealer, In line with everyone else really, just got told my build was started yesterday, takes around 48 hours, the next status change on the system should be Friday and I should be looking to take delivery of the vehicle w/c 20th May (possibly a little earlier) dependent on logistics

Audi ( and Porsche for that matter) are crap at updating their systems.

Finally got conformation that it'll be at the dealers today and collection this friday. So that's build week 15, delivery end of build week 20. Seems it got delayed at Sheerness.
