Well...................I still don't like it !
Sorry to those that have just bought or are soon to get an M5 but I think the sound is really not that exciting compared to mine.
Some of you will remember I had the new M5 for a week when they first came out in December 2011 and the lack of traction really wound me up but I partly put that down to it been cold and then wet. In this though I thought there were still major issues with the traction, even on a warm dry day.
For a car to drive to Monaco in it is probably one of the best but to have fun in it is not. I have to say that I prefer the old M6 to this one, even with its dodgey gearbox. I think my main gripe is the power delivery of the turbo and that is why I much prefer NA or s/charged cars.
Anyway couple of pics for you and it is safe to say I wouldn't buy one (even if I could afford it!) and would much rather an R8.
