Info on wheel paint

[DTM S4]

Hi, in a bit of a pickle and was wondering if anyone can help.

Recently got a set of wheels done by the wheel specialist and to say they made a hash of painting the centres would put it mildly...

Can anyone tell me the name of the silver or paint code of the paint applied to the black base coat and how many coats need to be applied before lacquer, also where could I purchase a rattle can?

Have given up trying to get this rectified by their local franchise, this has taken over seven weeks now and I'm on my second set of wheel centres as they lost the first set...

Any info would be greatly appreciated
