XENONS conversion to RH DIP?

Anyone know how to convert for driving in Europe.
It can be done on BMW's it tells how in the Driver's handbook!

Have been abroad twice and didn't bother, but if it's easy I'd like to do things properly

The 'stick-on thingys' are no good for the xenons.

You are supposed to take it to the "steeler" for the adjustment.........
Most good independants should be able to do it though.....
