Visit to Romans International in Banstead, Surrey

A friend organised a visit to Romans on last Friday evening, so we could have a look around the cars they have at the moment.

Mark & the team were very welcoming, they laid on drinks & munchies while Mark gave us a talk on some of the cars they have in the showroom at the moment. One being the No.8 Hennessey Venom GT, which is now sold for £750,000 + vat to a middle eastern collector. They did try to start it up for us but there was an issue with the immobilser, so they started up one of the 2 Enzo's they currently have in stock. Quite noisy in the open but even more so in a showroom, but it was a good sound.

It obviously was not an RS246 meet, but I though you might enjoy the photo's I took of the cars in the showroom. Please see the link to my Flickr below & enjoy

I haven't tried the link yet but have been there a few times, always have an amazing selection of cars!

Use to live not too far from there, always took a drive up to see what they had.

If it's exotic, they will usually get it !
