Sent you a text re drop off. Managed via a mate in the trade to get my hands on a black epoxy resin which has been specially devised to be used with carbon fibre and over a few weekends of filling, sanding and polishing managed to get a decent enough (but not perfect) series of repairs. You have to look very carefully now to notice the main crack and the bracket has held good for about 160 miles to date!ollys wrote:Yes please Martin - any chance you could drop it round?

For a DIY job that looks really good Martin.
Few piccies of mine freshly valeted and awaiting collection by new owner (will be very sad to see her go).
Did last long trip back from Bath yesterday - even the wife is saying how much this one will be missed and she's not even into cars!

Looks great Olly. Sad you are about to be (or already are) beastless. Great that the Mrs will miss it as that could leave a good opening for a replacement in the future. Hope you collected the diffuser from the bush OK. Thanks to you I've just purchased some 7 spoke 20" wheels and has them dipped, refurb end and finished in Titan with a gloss finish - they look the business. Thanks for the inspiration. Will post photo when I put them on the beast.
