RS4 B7 Wing Price

Post by E10EAN » Wed Mar 20, 2013 9:21 pm

Hi Guys

Thought I would have a little drive today.

Parked the car and someone done this and drove away.

Nice eh

Anyone know how much a passenger wing costs?

I'd have that repaired rather than a new wing. A decent bodyshop will fix that no problem.

Thanks mike, you must think I am mad.

The same thing happened to my M3 and the body Shop said you don't need a wing, but insisted to get them to order one, OCD mate lol.

No I get it. If it was the rear wing then I'd say for that amount of damage it's not worth cutting the car and welding back together, but I guess the front wing is a whole lot simpler and I'd rather have a new wing than a repaired one.

I've had worse on the rear wing and fixed to the point of perfection.
Worth loking at the costs as modern decent bodyshops can work wonders. Probably for less than 500 quid too.

id look at a breaking one, having one painted is never the same as factory paint, but not that many silver ones about so might be hard to find

Eh? I've had lots if stuff painted and everything it's been perfect.
I would wager that a decent body Shop would be a far better match than the same colour but weathered differently over the years.
