BEWARE BUYING FROM AUDIZINE - DEVILS4

Ok, a story for all of us to be careful when buying from overseas forums

Firstly, over the last 12 years I have bought hundreds of items from Ebay and more recently via forums such as Audisrs. Rs246 & Audizine and until noe never ever been ripped off, or failed to receive the item purchased. with one exception everyone of every nationality in many countries has been brilliant - i even had a guy from Audizine take delivery of some tools for me (which he paid for before I transferred the money to him) so he could post them on to me - turned out the postage was close to $500 for $100 worth of tools so I said he could keep them - he sold them for $150 and sent me all the money - Great guy!

that changed late last year when I paid for some porsche 18z calipers & rotors to suit of a guy called DEVILS4 on Audizine. initial communication was great, he asked the right questions, offered to get rotors, told me they were ordered & and when he got them he would post.

They never showed - he stopped responding to my PM's and happily pocketed my money knowing I'm in Australia and cant touch him.

The admoinistartors on Audizine were useless - They wouldn't even respond to my PM's - just poor form (I know they couldn't solve it just wanted some assistance in contacting him)

I've done a bunch of research, his business name is Redline Auto Group, based at 6700 Derry St in Swatara County, Harrisburg PA.

The police will only pursue him if I am willing to attend court as the victim. That's probably going to cost me a week off work and $3k in fares, accommodation, transfers, food etc - just not worth it!

So whatever you do never buy anything of the lowlife, or have anything to do with him

all I can do is let you all know, be happy that in the whole scheme of things $920 will not change my life (although I'd rather have it than lose it)

so beware!

I recommend you try to get a hold of someone who would be willing to help you that is local to the Shop. It wouldn't hurt, $920 is plenty of money to work for. Really hope it works out for you man.

Guys with help from guys on Audizine, ozaudi and audisrs we now know who he is and a whole lot more

I've offered him 24 hrs to refund the money before I publish all the details

Thanks for your support - the money isn't the issue here - we all need to make sure that this stuff doesn't happen so that buying and helping each other on the forums is known to be reliable and guaranteed

I reckon you should publish the details anyway. I like a good read at stuff like that.

It does put doubt in the mind of buyers from decent sellers. And, as Ben says, ruins it for the good guys.
