I'm confused. How could it have a full service history with Audi?ChrisAudiSalesExec wrote:We don't know when the miles were done before or after, The service history is full and this is proven by the fact that Audi have given it full warranty.
Can it really be perfect? Has the engine been stripped down and examined? Did it get run it? Was it warmed up and warmed down?ChrisAudiSalesExec wrote:We don't know when the miles were done before or after, but it is irrelevant as the car is perfect now.
Good answerChrisAudiSalesExec wrote:AFN used to own the Audi dealership in London that is now West London Audi, that showroom was taken over by Aston Green Group. AFN no longer have any Audi franchises only Porsche.
Next.
when Audi sort out the shambles/reputation of their dealer service network then I'll stop laughing at this. Seriously, whilst you think (possibly the sales side) is OK, they are woefully let down by a service operation (including Audi's call centre operation) that needs shaking upside down and is long overdue restructuring.Look, at the end of the day we are an Audi main dealer. The standards to which we operate are probably the highest in the industry and Audi UK make damn sure that we don't let those standards slide.
Do you chaps honestly think that we would be able to sell a dodgy car?
The car was registered in Aug 2004 and the 36 month warranty will run from that date of registration.kennyboy wrote:Did it have to be registered before it was brought by SGSmith group from AFN; being the 'first owner' on the V5 would be a bonus? or due to the car's history it had to be registered first.
Also is the 3yr warranty not running down from August 04?
