At least I am the one using Karl's SS, plus the flywheel yet to be changed. I guess I am closed enough to Bem and his RS4, indeed I did find his gear shifting is a lot lighter to operate compare with mine after the installation by myself.
Honestly speaking, Bem doesn't mean that, this one could be the sweetest fellow I met within local RS4s'. The reason I have spoken to him about the heavier shift on my Tanoga.
Infact I have tried to installed again finding new adjustment to my installation, now I am more than happy to say with the quality and result I found.
At least Bem are happy about your flywheel as the result I stay the same to his setup.
Regards all,

Regards all,
I had a few problems when I installed Karl's shifter in my first car, and once I had set it up and adjusted it, I found it to be far better than the UUC I have in the current car. This bulks going into gears, and sometimes leaves me fighting to get reverse, I am sure that a minor adjustment will correct it but I just have not had the time to take it to Bicester......

Dog, sorry I disagree.
If you have some technical competence, can follow printed instructions, and are happy to make
minor adjustments rather than just accepting the first place it gets bolted up, then there is no
problem with fitting one of these.
i fitted my tanoga shifter in around 45 minutes, including a short road test to make sure it was adjust satisfactorily.
Adjustment is made in exactly the same way as the factory shifter (via 2 bolts).
its not rocket science.
Cheers,
John.
