Awesome. That looks the business.

Not to get into the saloon vs Avant debate but would be interested to see the same setup on a saloon to see if it looks as good
Current: 2010 A6 2.0 TDi

Nearly done now.

That avant looks awesome and was one of the pictures that helped me choose these wheels. I think the colour of the wheels compliments the colour of the car. The same for that grey saloon. Think they might be too light for a black car.

Anyone speak German able to tell if the avamt has been lowered? Does it look any lower than mine?
Certainly doesn't look like he has any spacers with it.
The fronts with no spacers JUST clears my front calipers!

Thanks Sonny. I'll look at how much he springs cost and how much for fitting.

Anyway. Not rubbing now but I was on my own. Don't know how t will be fully laden but I'm sure once the 255s go on I'll have no trouble.

New photos, probably look the same to you guys though (it's a bit dark now).

Virdee does H&R springs, give him a PM.

Would the 19s have been a better choice you think?

Nup. Look different.

The chevrons around the rim edge face the opposite direction.
No matter where you go, there you are.

Id love to. I am supposed to be in Kent for my sisters 40th birthday that weekend but it doesn't look likely I'll be able to make it at the moment.

The 19s don't have the concave look to them like the 20s do. It was a toss up between these or the 20" version of the OEM in anthracite.

I'm pretty convinced it the colour. I don't think the titanium suits the black paint. I think I need to get the titanium sprayed in anthracite. I've had a look for pictures and the ones ive seen are either all black or have the red around the edge, so it's a bit of gamble as to what they will look like.

The space between the wheels and the arches looks similar to the avant, but my tyres are 6mm higher than standard. So I think they need a new colour then take another look once I have the right size tyres on (not as wide and lower profile).
