Thats one of the photos I saw that helped me decide on which wheels to get. I know RS4s sitting that low is not everyone cup of tea but I think it's 8) 8) 8)

That isn't on air is it? I'm pretty sure you can get that low on coilovers and still be driveable.

Maybe coilover wound right down for the show!

Shiv ran his very low on coilovers!

*impractical
*reason

Are you sure that's a static drop? I heard that was bagged. Where's Jules when you need him...

Couple of things, with no spacers (if they are 9.5 ) you might find those tyres rub on your suspension and I think you will definitely want to lower the car when you put them on the less sidewall you have and the larger wheel always exaggerates the gap. Here is mine on 20"'s but with standard suspension.

Look forward to seeing yours come together :-)
They are 9s, with a lower offset so I have an extra 3mm clearance on the inside, as well as the 8mm/10mm extra from the spacers too, so wont rub on the inside but may be too much on the outside. With my stock suspension it might be ok (dont forget they come with 265 rubber though).

Looks great but feck me, he'd have to drive like a granny to not bottom out, yeah? It's all for nought after he painted it with Smurf diarrhoea, a truly gopping colour.

Hmmmm. The new wheels have a centre bore of 66.6mm. I assume the RS4 would be the same but i just google it and it looks like it is 57.1.
So, correct me if I am wrong but I am going to need some hub rings?
Given that I have some Virdee specials (and I assume they are the hub centric variety) does this negate the need for the hub rings? Or do I need to get rid of the spacers and buy an all in one jobbie? Advice please!

And assuming I still need the rings, what's better, the plastic type or the aluminium ones?

Ideally you want to run spacers/adapters with a 57.1 cb to your hubs and then they have the 66 cb for the wheels. Prob need to be custom. G23 make some lovely stuff.

If you are going spigot rings go metal.

Spigot rings will be absolutely fine

I've used this route myself with no issues at all.

If going down the metal route, use some copper grease when fitting them

Should the wheels come with spigots already? My O.Z's did!

Don't think so. Although they are new, I'm buying privtaley. I assume you mean when buying from a Shop they should supply a fitment kit of whatever is needed to fit the wheel ot the car? I just saw them advertised and bought them. They did't claim that they should fit an RS4.

Attempted delivery today. My missus was home but didn't hear the door. She called the number and he said he'd try again today but if not he'll come back tomorrow.
