S-Tronic Gear change RPM

S-tronic owners, just wondered at what point in the rev range does your car change up at? I ask because, in dynamic/sport, mine usually changes up at about 6400 rpm however yesterday I hit the rev limiter in 3rd gear which I thought would never happen, has anyone else experienced this?
Should say that I tried to replicate this again today but it didn't happen.

Was you in manual mode? (stick knocked to the side)

Never happened to me before in manual mode, it does shift up.

No I had it in individual with the engine and transmission in dynamic.

Always at about 6400 as you stated. Maybe glitch letting it get that high?

Around 6.9K to 7K shift in manual mode. Though I beleive that forced change "limit" was dropped on the facelift boxes to 6,400.
