Eibach sell the B+M shift kit.......I have fitted a few, they are good £170+vat.....
The kit is well made and works well the 50% reduction setting is a bit too tight I set mine to the middle setting perfect.....

Cheers for the suggestions, I think the fact that I'm in Sweden may cause a problem or two....only seems to be Dahlbackracing that are any good at audi tuning here so I thought I might try the folks back home (RS4s seem to be changing hands at an alalrming rate back in blighty and I thought a seller may strip the car first y'see..)

For the cost and the effect of a short shift, I would doubt anyone would want to put the stock one back in....
