Better still just broken the 1000 mile barrier, time for launch control......
Fuel Consumption
Re: Fuel Consumption
Just gone through my third full tank of full today since new which returned 28mpg exactly. 1st tank was 25mpg and the second 28.7mpg so overall pretty decent. The RS4 would have done 18-21 on the journeys I have done so its better, could be better still but happy nonetheless. 40p/litre off Tesco fuel today also meant filling up was far less painful. £50 to brim is a bargain!

Re: Fuel Consumption
Fuel economy continues to improve at 29.5 mpg or 356 miles on a cup full over 55 litres. Would have been better if I hadn't been blasting around all day yesterday but then that's half the fun!.
Re: Fuel Consumption
363 on 55 litres is the best to date. Wish I had my camera for the 405 miles it said on the DIS for the mile after I brimmed it but didn't so that figure will remain in folklore.Sooned dropped to 360 afer a few miles of spirited driving
