But yes that is very true. Which is why a bigger engine with more power ticks more boxes.
I mean, I'd love to low the ratio of boxster vs boxster s and cayman vs cayman s sales.
Re: OK, move to new car with inheritance question?
I just hate the R8's carbon panels. I don't know why. But I hate them. This is eternal and cannot be rectified I fear.

Re: OK, move to new car with inheritance question?
I see the Focus RS on your list, I have a 420 bhp mountune clubsport its a proper riot EVO gave it tuned car of he year in this moths copy but i wouldnt place it amongst the cars listed. Its great fun and ballistic on track but can be tiresome on the road and is no fun in this weather on the road. Hence why im looking for an RS4.
I would keep the RS4 and buy an Atom...

I wouldn't... The only good thing about an atom is the solid residuals.RSpete wrote:I see the Focus RS on your list, I have a 420 bhp mountune clubsport its a proper riot EVO gave it tuned car of he year in this moths copy but i wouldnt place it amongst the cars listed. Horrible car to drive and even it's party piece isn't perfect. The chassis setup is completely overwhelmed by the power to the extent that even going in a straight line under full throttle causes rear end fish tailing.
As for the twisted ell I found it lurching from dramatic understeer to frightening oversteer and back again. Then with the power you can never really deploy it so forget trying to adjust rotation mid corner. As such you end up tip toeing round the corners waiting for the straights.
I guess in the hands of a driving god it can be made to hustle incredibly fast but to a mere mortal I found it tiring, and somewhat wearing rather than enjoyable (I recall the phrase ' just <beep> work!' Being used more than once). The top end caterhams are much better but I think in this area the 211 nails both of them .
Re: OK, move to new car with inheritance question?
The NA 245 model would be plenty quick enough [for me] with 500 bhp per ton, and I'd imagine better in terms of driveability and fishtailing with its linear power delivery?

Re: OK, move to new car with inheritance question?
You're all idiots because you've overlooked the best car this side of a TT-aRSe... the Infiniti FX Vettel Edition, £101,000ish. Bargin and you know it makes sense.
No matter where you go, there you are.
Re: OK, move to new car with inheritance question?
The Atom is by far the better all round product. It's not so much the overall power that is the problem with the atom 3 but the supercharger adds so much torque at low down it's a massive handful. The NA however is more linear and controllable (and plenty fast enough as you say!)Ian_C wrote:The NA 245 model would be plenty quick enough [for me] with 500 bhp per ton, and I'd imagine better in terms of driveability and fishtailing with its linear power delivery?
Re: OK, move to new car with inheritance question?
