Ahem, my phone does not seem to have been ringing regarding this proposition??? :D
Do you not think I have spent enough at your establishment this year? :biggrin3:

And compared to other tyres from personal experience, Conti's are not very good except their winter versions

You'll get that to some degree in any car that has power going through the steering wheels.
The only way you can limit it is using a form of locking diff but even then you'll get feedback through the steering wheel.

However if you want an example of torque steer, then blag a ride in a Mk1 Focus RS. Then you'll appreciate that the b7 isn't that bad after all ;-)

In my humble opinion I don't think really think it is physically possible to actually spend "enough". I feel there is always more
to give when 1 is as dedicated as you good sir.

Much obliged

It has been minus 4 degrees here all week and I am getting zero issues like the OP has posted, I think a trip to the dealer is needed mate!

Yep... sounds like a case of this to me (this is an AWD Golf R with faulty Haldex) :-

Yep, although I always found it more apparent when driving a slight incline.

Really? Can't say I've ever noticed it. Now my Alfa is a different story. With somewhere in the region of 270bhp through the front wheels it can torque steer properly.

Most torque steer comes from having uneven drive shaft lengths as such in a fwd transverse drivetrain this is more common.
This also explains why the rs4 doesn't suffer as much.
It only really manifests with other contributing factors auch as duff tyres or bad road surface.
