The C7 RS6 looks very appealing & apart from the equipment list, the weight reduction to 1935 & increase in torque to 700 should make for exciting mid range punch.

The old C5 weighed in at 1840 with 560 NM torque & personally, I still get a huge thrill out of my C5 even though it may not have all the modern toys & drives with an ageing gearbox.

I have a new model Cayenne Turbo which pumps out 700 torque, has an 8 speed gearbox & weighs 2170. She is an absolute joy to drive is effortless.

I'm in the market to add the C7 to my garage of everyday cars, but after my disappointment with owning a C6 for 6 months, I hope the C7 equals or exceeds the C5 in it's fun to drive.

I reckon the alloys in this pic with their rubber band tyres might even be 21s. They certainly aren't '7 twin-spoke' design [20s]

I wonder what the ride and handling is like with air suspension?
Wonder if its height adjustable too from Insude the car?

Surely the DRC will be a no cost option? As I would assume air suspension is more expensive standard? I may be wrong of course?

That's a good spec as standard ready...pretty much all you need?

Ceramics and sunroof and I'd be a happy bunny I think?? Or and maybe led headlights cos they look awesome!

Click on the link above - Air suspension is standard and replaces DRC. In this day and age of fuel economy and co2 I'd be surprised if the car didn't have a few tricks programmed like lowering itself at high speeds to be more aerodynamic. Doesn't the Veyron do that?

All Audis with adaptive air suspension adjust their ride height automatically lower at motorway speeds

I am a little out of date with this but I was disappointed when Audi put air suspension on the S6/S7 and then they put it on the RS6. I know that technology has moved on but air suspension was pants on the D3 A8 in my experience of owning a Sport and then an SE. I even put an MTM controller on the last car but the system was still far too slow to react, specifically to pitch and dive. I know it will be better now but it's a negative for me.
Maserati GranTurismo GTS Auto, S3 Sportback, TT2 3.2 Roadster, Disco3 for the heavy stuff.
