To add to the mix, I have always ran Pilot Sports on my M3's but when I had my B5 Quattro, as it ran 16's I got a great deal on some Yoko's.

When I can to get some rears (Ironically last week, and missed this thread) My rears were conti sport 2's and I had Hancooks on the front, I sopke to my tyre guy who recommended the contis, which I went for, which were 175 each for the 235 x 18 stdard S4 Tyre size.

You must like going sideways Jonny! Continental Sport Contact 2s are meant to be hideous on heavy Audis! Noooooooooooooooooooo.

I paid £145 each for my 235 Asymmetric 2s from Camskill

Must be driving slower in thisone, as no sideways action as yet. These are conti sport 5's I believe. My Garaage didnt do the Hancooks, or I would have matched them all up.

Ahhhhhhhhhh I thought for a moment you'd found a set of Conti 2s to match! The rears you just took off and replaced must have been quite old. Conti 3 (and newer) are supposed to be a massive improvement, I think they came top of an evo tyre test not long back

my conti sport3's seem fine, apart from on the Morison's roundabout in Coventry on Friday when the tail stepped out at 20 mph - given i usually go round there a bit quicker i'm guessing a or truck had recently dumped a load of diesel
S5 Coupe, V8 on 20's with ContiSport rubber
