C5 RS6 Avant in Skyfall?

Did anyone else see it?

Around 1:45 in - When M gets out of the court room and gets into her car, James then drives off and at the end of the T-junction a grey car goes past. I'm pretty sure it was an A6 atleast, maybe an RS6
