Bucket Seat Cover

Post by P14VLL » Mon Sep 24, 2012 7:04 am

Hey guys,

I was contemplating on buy a seat cover to fit over the driver bucket seat so when the RS gets its weekly clean, just to prevent them from getting dirty or damaged.

Had a scan on ebay and found this…

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Protective-RE ... 519f1786ba

Just wondered if anyone had purchased one before.

Don’t panic it wont be staying on the car all the time.

Thanks

Paul.

Hi,

Yes I have one of these and it fits no problem, quality is also very good.

Only use it now and then before anyone starts taking the mick :)

Cheers

funny you should ask that, I've just got the exact same one for when I'm in my muckys. Perfect fit, and also have a zip-up back to protect the carbon backs!

I've just received a set as well. Quick question for those who have them, there is not a great deal of padding in them, has anyone found any issues with using them long term and finding that they do not protect, or rub the leather, or stop it breathing?

They do fit well, just wanted to know the downside of constant long term use.

Cheers

Hey P14VLL, bit off topic but did wonder if you were a forum member.

See your car around BoD quite a lot although I'm guessing that's your missus driving - you have her trained well to acknowledge other owners!
