After the disgrace against West Brom last weekend a very good performance by the Reds against Man City this afternoon. Gutted not to have won it after leading twice but I think LFC were marginally the better team therefore a moral victory!

So, 11 corners in a game and Big Andy has been moved on :bash: .
That was a struggle to watch last night, as amazing a suarez is he needs to borrow someones scoring boots. Pepe put us under pressure with a shocker but we needed a swift kick up the arse anyway, kind of wish it happened before half time to make us step up a gear.

No, bit of a disaster for Liverpool yesterday on the transfer front really. Dempsey was desperate to go to Liverpool and although he's getting on a bit and isn't exactly world class, I think he could've done a good job. Brendan Rodgers must be seething that the yanks wouldn't pay the measly 7mil it would've taken to get him.

I think Rodgers wanted Sturridge too. I really can't see why he let Andy go. Ah well, no worse that what Wolves have done, Big Mick wouldn't have sold the players that have gone

Well ,after todays performance against Arsenal I take back what I said in an earlier post about LFC surprising a few people. I now think they might surprise people by getting relegated. What the fcuking hell is Brendan Rodgers playing at by changing a team that played so well last weekend against City and bringing in idiots like Enrique etc?? And why the hell did they let Carroll go and not replace him with a striker? It really is very very worrying times for us Liverpool fans only three games into the season - 2 defeats and a draw, 2 goals scored and 7 conceded. We never ever looked like scoring today - this is Liverpool Football Club for fcuks sake, playing without a striker!! I'm not one for the hiring and firing culture in our football but if it were me I'd get rid of Rodgers now before he can do any more damage and do whatever it takes to get Benitez back. And as soon as the next transfer window comes around get rid of Enrique, Downing, Borini to name but a few, and buy a striker.

That was shocking. Arsenal did to us what we should be doing. IMO Shelvey should have started. Worse start jn 50 years. Aaaahhhhh

Totally agree mate, Shelvey and Kelly were both brilliant against Man City and should've started today. And I've just got in to find out that RVP got a hat-trick for ManYoo which has deepened my misery. The decision to let Carroll go gets worse every passing minute.

There's a lot of twists & turns to come .... don't be too despondent.
We were fourth bottom after five games last season and ended up third - where I think we're destined to stay given that we play by the Fifa Fairplay rules, and don't currently have a sugar daddy willing to dig deep. Don't think that Arsene would want it any other way, plus don't forget if you're on top there is only one way to go?

Utter humiliation for Chelsea against Falcao on friday in the Supercup.....?

ouch....
