Hi. I have recently purchased one of a dozen or so RHD RS2s imported to South Africa. 8)
I have owned an S2 for many years and have upgraded that car to almost RS2 spec.
I have been a long time viewer on the RS246 and occationaly post on the S2 forum.

Hi mastermind. Did you buy that 35000k blue RS2 from Ashleys for that ridiculasly cheap price? Did you trade in that immaculate green S2? Wellcome.

Hi There

I missed the one at Ashleys, :( It went for 258K and bought the one at Juries which needed minor repairs :? , actually it just needed removing all the aftermaket rubbish, a good service and a new ECU, which I'm hoping Mihnea will help with. :D
I have a red S2, with RS2 Turbo, EM,IC and FIs, Mihnea fried ecu, doing 189KW on the wheels for know.

I know the car you got. Congrats for removing all the rubbish. The previous owner got a bloke from Chip Logic in Joburg to re-chip the ECU. They faught a lot. That car also has bigger intercooler. Also has nice new headlights, flickers, bumper etc. The previous owner spent megga bucks on that car. Clutch was also going when I last drove it. I think Jurie replaced it. See you around.

Your right Jurie rplaced the clutch and I know the Previous Owner as well.
Guys, Ihave a slight crack on the plastic radiator tank around the bleeding nut.
Any suggestions on the best way to repair this as a new Rad costs quiet a bit.
Here is a pic of the car.

Look in the yellow pages for radiator repair, had a rad go on my porsche, they wanted nearly £700, had a local guy made one for £120,
Too much is bad.
Plenty is better.

Q-Bond filling powder is best option for self repair. V the crack and fill with small layer at a time.

It is usually at the end of Nov.

Guys, this is a 5.5km Hill Climb event that climbs through a very scenic Mountain pass.
