Oops...got carried away again...

Post by Fatneck73 » Tue Aug 14, 2012 1:48 pm

Took mine in for a minor service at QST and came out with it done.....plus spacers (10mm f&r), brake fluid upgrade and an MTM 702 remap (now showing 902nm of torque)!!!!!!!

The remap has also lowered the peak power from >5k to about 2500 revs. It now whistles when the turbos cut in....wahey.

I'll load pics when I find out how too. Help!

The car already had a DMS map, putting 677bhp out although on QSTs dyno this was showing as 631!!! So it feels better and 'sooner' but overall, still stoopid quick.

Good work Fatneck, it's always pointless to resist the temptation to mod.

What Brake fluid did they put in? Have you noticed a better pedal feel?

Cheers

Don't know the actual name but it's 5.1 I believe and yes, there's a subtle yet reassuring difference.

Sign up to Photobucket, upload is simple and it will create IMG tags for the forum.

Go and sign up, if you have further issues, report back.
