Help with codes

Post by Eashan » Mon Aug 06, 2012 12:19 pm

I have removed flaps and locked shaft in the intake manifold. The company who I had this done from said they could do a stage 2 map and have no codes come up. All is now done but they can't remove the codes for the postion sensors of the shafts. Does anyone know how to do this or someone who can do this in the west midlands area ASAP?

Help with codes

Isn't the whole point of a stage 2 map to correct having the flaps removed? I would be looking to whoever has mapped it for you as I would not be happy with having to try amend it and pretty sure it's not just an easy Vagcom code change.

think this is more or less a mrc only job.
anyone ever heard of other tuners offering the manifold work (de-flap,porting, locked or removed shaft)?.
who tuned it?, what power did it make?.
