Yeah, I know how you feel. It was a real struggle to keep concentration for 15 to 20 years when we dominated the cricket. Still, it's probably harder you, especially when you play against South Africa, it must take real discipline to follow which team actually has any English players...

Agree with some of the comments that there is not really much I can do. Might just have to put up with a few bumps here and there. I'm using CCTV (all working fine thanks Amar), and if it gets worse, I might just take your (Bam's) advice should I know I'm (or they) are moving in the next six months.

Still just don't understand how anyone thinks this behavior is OK, but like most of us, I continue to be surprised every day by same.

After not sleeping on it. I thought this:

- Have a massive confrontation
- Tell them to stop striking your car with their car
- Tell them you have evidence of them causing the damage
- Tell them the next step is legal action
- Follow this up with a Royal Mail recorded letter and another delivered 'by hand', keep a copy of both letters, they look the same but one will read delivered by hand. Do this with all further correspondence
- If the damage occurs again, ensure you've captured them doing it, repair the damages
- Send them another recorded letter asking for reimbursement of damages, receipt copies included
- If they do not respond nor pay, send them a notice of intent. Do not ask for money, just state your intent to use legal means to recover monies owed to you by them. Include previous correspondence
- If not responded nor paid, file a small claim in your county court, this can be done on-line. Outline the above, include all previous correspondence and supporting material
- They will be served, the process has started and they'll have to prove they didn't cause damage and thus don't have to pay

You've now learnt a new life skill, all the hard work is now done. You can kick back with very little else to do from then on. They will have a whole lot of headache regardless of their next decision, you may be repaid in small amounts monthly but who cares. However, once you start this it could become very vindictive, so be vigilant and expect repercussions.

Hmmmm, that's a really good idea. So it will also act as a buffer when they do decide to squish up against Bretto's car? The only problem is, I can't see these hanging around very long in London.
