...sulking 'cos the wife kerbed an alloy and then whilst washing the nozzle flew off the jet washer and planted a nice dent into a passenger door.

Now that's bad luck, I thought I was unlucky with a cracked screen and a puncture to the rear.

BTW according to my mate who did the rear tyre, they are absolute ba$tard$ to put on so watch the alloy's should you need to get one repaired or replaced.

Honestly, I wanted to cry when the jet washer nozzle launched.

Mmm, that doesn't surprise me. They alloy has a very square edge and the tyre doesn't sit flush against it, so there's a fair gap which would be easy for the tyre guys to damage.

What a ba5tard.... Hope you get it sorted.

I'm on nights this week, so not much doing, hopefully give the car a wash this weekend as it's looking grubby.. :kissmyrings:

Gave it some beans on the way in tonight with the sport button on :thumb: , the car is loosening up nicely now and I can get 33mpg on my run whereas before it was 25-28 mpg

Yeah has seemed quiet here.

Doodlebug I feel your pain mate.

Oh and every day I seem to get cut up. A granny in an immaculate D reg Micra cut straight across me swapping lanes sooo close. I nearly head butted the steering wheel.

Question: Do your fans run always after driving? Seems even after a short calm drive the fans are going for a good couple of mins after the engine is turned off? That new car/exhaust heat smell?? When does that disappear. Done 2600 mls.

My fans run for a couple of minutes when it has been out. Can't comment on If it changes with mileage. Mine has only done circa 1000 miles. They have all been great!!
