Hi,
A couple of weeks ago I had the milltek cat back system installed on my RS4 - now it sounds like a real car. I love it, but the system is a little wider on girth and seems to catch in multi storey's and speed bumps more than the standard pipes, which in this country as you know means lots of teeth clenching, steel grinding moments.
Next upgrade is the MTM stg1 and gmbh suspension, but wondered what other RS4s drivers experiences were with lowered suspension and cat back system with a couple of people in the back? After driving an Evo 6 for two years I really want do something about this standard suspension setup but not to the detriment of practical stuff, like not getting beached in car parks with the wife, kids and shopping.
Pete
Metal on concrete
Mine only grounded on those pyramid speed bumps, I now go over these with one wheel riding over the bump. Been in multi-storey car parks and grounding has not been an issue.
The bolt on the clamp on mine is facing down IIRC (bolt head at top with nut at the lower end with remaining bolt protruding). If this becomes a problem, turning it around will gain at leat 10mm ground clearance.
The GmbH (20mm drop) will be an issue I think i.e. having to go at a snail's pace, rather than going at 'slower than normal' speed bump pace. I would favour the H&R kit with height adjustment.

No sig, no RS4 anymore
With the GmbH Suspension and Sportec exhaust, you have to proceed with caution over all obstacles. Gets on my nerves, have to avoid all speed bumped roads.
I'm up for some more suspension too, the GmbH has only lasted 20k miles.
