Wheel sensitivity

I find the wheel is over servo'd

Dealer thinks it can be changed in the Vagcom

I will have to get down there :)

I believe this is true - I've heard of other people changing it, though I haven't had it done personally.

It will make sense to someone with VCDS (VAG-COM as dinosaurs know it)

It can be adapted in the steering electronics control unit. Well with VAS/ODIS it can quite easily. If the tech knows what to do.

Not sure about Vagcom though.
