Had mine remapped at AMD when i had the Milly Non Res Valved fitted.

Dont believe its a generic map as they do it on rolling road - mine went from 409 to 416 bhp - plus better thottle response.

For £250 it was worth it in my opinion.

If you get the precats gutted as well then its a no brainer at £250

Must get mine in for the decoke before they put prices up, but moving house i will get shot for spending £500 on the decoke and not new curtains etc.

Afternoon All,

Just to confirm, this is not a generic remap. The only reason it is £250 is because we are offering our remap half price with the Milltek exhaust"

Ben, would this 1/2 price remap offer be the same for just the Milltek 100 cell cats for those with an existing Milltek Cat back system?

We would offer our map half price with the Milltek cats as well. If you already have our stage one and would like to upgrade to stage two, we charge £120.00, which includes rolling road.

If we are gutting the pre-cats and you are having our map it would be the normal price of £499.95, with rolling roads. If you already have our stage one and we gut the pre-cats it would be the upgrade price of £120.00.

After giving all the discussion on this thread and other similar ones due consideration, talking to Ben at AmD, and changing my mind several times :biggrin2: I am booked in with them for the following:

De-coke
Resonated and valved cat-back Milly
Pre-cats gutted
Custom re-map to suit (effectively stage 2). This is still at £250.

Rolling road figures will be taken at the start, after the de-coke and then again after the rest of the work is completed.

Early July cannot come soon enough...

Interested to here how it goes. I am planning on a de-coke at some point and recently had a dyno at 387bhp/423nm so will be interesting to see what difference this will make, I am approaching 40k miles.

I am running a non-res valved exhaust, and I think it's the perfect compromise - are you sure you want to go resonated, have you heard them side by side?

Seems to be about the average figures, for £500 its worth doing just for your peace of mind.

I went for my peace of mind on Tuesday and got a phone call back after a few hours saying that my pratically OEM car did not need it as it reached 417BHP! - so nice and Honest at AMD ;-) saved me a bit of money - will just put it to the tuning budget - thinking of doing a Pre-cat gut, Stage 2 Map and Non-Res valved cat-back Milly. Seems to be the most bang for your bucks.

Fair play to AMD for they honesty in not wasting your money, non res valved milly is a popular choice.

How much for the dyno at AMD?

It's not that far from me and I'd be interested to compare the plot to the ones from MRC prior to any additional work I have done.

Think it was £72 inc. So pretty reasonable.
