No it wasn't an option for the UK Paul, but on the euro market it was, they had the Pan roof, reason why we didn't get it was something to do with the added weight taking the car over the accepted emissions limit or some tosh like that.

There is a pic of a solar orange RS3 with the pan roof floating round.
