nope but my exhaust is banging and the passenger door window mechanism is making some strange rattles :-(
But I'm enjoying driving it too much to worry about it.
Also had one of the front headlights fog up in the rain, but hasn't come back since washing it.

These RS3s seem to have build quality issues. I thought RS cars were Audis flagship models. How annoying. You seems to be having many issues mate. You must be getting sick of the car in terms of quality.

Nature of the beast I suspect, there part built then sent to Hungary, physically chopped about, the new mechanicals fitted and then the car is finished.

They only make 10 a week I believe

I am mate I am. Never expected this, thought I was buying a quality product esp with the price!
Was so fed up last time I nearly sold it. Had it March 3rd its been back 4 times already. The parts they have changed is unreal, for them to fail again!
Over the last 7yrs I've had Ibiza Cupra, LCR, K1 and not one single issue modified and all... :audibash:
I have complained

Very disappointed :(

Maybe sell and get an S5? Not a huge power drop and a noticeable quality hike interior wise.

Sound like they are not the best put together, hope their not going to what Mercedes did in the 90's.

I don't think it 's a case of not being put together well, just that when you start pulling things apart, they never go back as they should do and new parts always seem to also fit badly especially trim wise.

It's better screwed together than my R32 was.

The replacement door cards were flown over from Germany 2 weeks ago and the trimming of the very edges is alot poorer than the original.

As you say they never go back 100%. The dash was coming out until I said Nooooo........

I've had an RS4 and the build seemed much better.

Saving grace is the drive is amazing oh and the noise!!

That's interesting because I don't feel the newer generation Audis are anywhere near as well constructed as the older (i.e A4 B6, A6 C5, A3 8P) ones...

My S3 eadlighs also steam up from new. Put a post on ASN and they all said that the MY11 onwards cars, with bi-xenon all do this! I've had many VAG cars in the past with Xenons and none have done this with a bit of rainfall!

And drybeer, totally agree with you - none of the newer models are put together as well as the old ones
