Wanted: B7 RS4 AVANT - Deposit Paid!

Ive been looking for a B7 RS4 Avant for a few months now and regularly keep an eye on this forum and ive considered a couple of potential cars on here. But so far nothing has quite ticked all or enough boxes for me.

I am wanting to buy an RS4 - must be a B7 and must be an AVANT.

My ideal colour is the Daytona Grey but i would consider any other colour provided it had the other minimum requirements below.

Must also have the Recaro Wing Back Heated Seats and must have the Flat Bottom Steering Wheel with Sport Button.

I would like it as fully loaded as is possible.

I don't really want to consider anything with silly high miles and i don't like 8+ owner cars either.

Must be FULL service history and ideally (purely for the stamp) Audi Main Dealer.

Im very particular about the condition of my cars and hate curbed alloys and car park dings. I can live with the odd stone chip within reason.

If anyone is considering selling but hasn't yet advertised it or if anyone knows of an Avant that ticks the boxes then please let me know either by PM or via direct email.

I think I will soon be looking for a very similar spec myself! Blue Avants seem to come up far more often than Grey.

I am delighted to say i have just paid a deposit on an RS4 B7 Avant and i am picking it up all being well on Friday!

I would like to keep all the details about the car and the seller etc to myself for the time being and then if all goes well on Friday all will be told.

I appreciate all the advice and info given and look forward to being more involved in the forum from herein. Lots of things planned!!!

This is 100% on my to do list!! If anyone has one i would like to hear from you. What is the difference between valve and non valve? Does it matter if i get one without valves? They are obviously a lot cheaper without valves. A friend of mine has a Milltek cat back that was on his RS4 B7 Cabriolet - will this fit an Avant??

They fit all RS4 models.

Valved gives you the best of both worlds, well worth the extra money.

Sorry, what does the best of both worlds entail - I'm assuming it means you can shut the noise off and make it quieter at the touch of a button (is this via the sports button) on one hand or on the other hand have it loud and noisy - is this correct??

I would be careful suggesting that when it comes off a cab. It would be well worth double checking that it definitely fits.
