Daytona Grey RS4 Avant - NOW SOLD

Post by crispy » Tue Apr 17, 2012 10:23 am

After 5 great years, the time has come to move on, so I am now looking to sell my RS.

It is a March 2007 Daytona Grey Avant, with Black Optic pack and has covered 55,000 miles.

In my opinion it is in great condition, both cosmetically and mechanically, and has benefited from a no expense spared ownership - ie always fully maintained, washed, polished regularly etc.

It has the following spec:-

Technology Pack, which includes:-
DVD Based Sat nav (Includes recent Genuine Audi updated disc)
Active Xenon Headlights
Auto Wipers
Auto Headlights

Bluetooth Phone (Centre console replaced when the car was new to remove the unnescessary and very ugly phone cradle)

Black Optic Pack (Black grill, Black Roof Bars, Black Window surrounds, and black exhaust tips)

BOSE Stereo

Heated Front & Rear Seats

The car has been run on the Audi Variable servicing, and has just (End March 2012) had its 60K service, including spark plugs and brake fluid change. All serviceing has been carried out by Audi, and the service book is fully stamped.
The discs and pads (Front and rear) have all been replaced recently.
All 4 tyres are practically unworn. They are a premium brand (Goodyear Assymetric 2)

Being registered on March 1st 2007, the current MOT and Road tax run until End of Feb 2013

Other than Fuel and insurance, this car should provide cost free motoring for at least 12 months!

I have been a member of RS246.com since gettign the car, and details of the car, and pctures have been posted on here durign my 5 years of ownership.

Looking for £24,000

Intrigued to see no response from anyone here.

Still got a few months before the new car turns up, so not too concerned, but if anyone wants to make a sensible offer, I am happy to consider it...... :boohoo:

I thought you'd have had a few nibbles too.
Car looks good (I'd have snapped it up 18 months ago).
And it's in the 2nd best colour too.
Does it have SS+ and is that a black milltek ?

brn7y - Did you get the PM?

The gadget to the right of the dash is the Pogo Alert camera detector.

When the car was new I had the centre console replaced by Audi (At quite a cost) to remove the very ugly phone cradle. The connector is accesible through the glove box if required, but I've never needed it in 5 years

Is it still for sale.

Where abouts are you in the country. I'm by cambridge.

Did you take the extended warranty out. If so how long left.

What seats are they.

Hi,

Been away, so sorry for not responding earlier.

The car doesnt have an extended warranty, but these can be arranged independantly if you feel the need.

The car does benefit from having the proper recaro bucket seats (heated front & rear) and the all important flat bottomed steering wheel though :D

The car is located in Sheffield area

Regards

Chris

Very sad to see the new owner drive away in the RS4 today.

I have owned some intersting cars over the years, and I have to say the RS4 is certainly one of, if the best car I have ever had.

I hope the new owner enjoys the car as much I I have,

Chris
