I dont know about the rotors, but have been told the front brake pads used on the steel rotors/discs of the C6 RS6 are the same as used on the nissan gtr35. :bigwave:

Really? I thought these were actual Brembo pads on the C6 steelies, I'm surprised Alcon would use Brembo. Not saying it's wrong, just saying I'm surprised.
No matter where you go, there you are.

As said think it would look wicked...

OEM RS6 are 9.5" wide as appossed to 9" for the RS5 rotors...dont know whether this would make a difference?

The RS5 wheels are called 5 arm rotors, I think that is what DK is making ref to.

Oops ! Sorry mate seems like I'm lagging - need to get back with the program !

They probably won't fit straight on as OEM C6 offset is ET36 so you may need spacers for the RS5''s to clear the calipers.

right ... so spacers can deal with the offset difference

BUT, the centre bore's are different ...

RS 6 57.1
RS 5 66.5

any idea what this means and how to make it fit

Yes...spigot ring adaptors.....57.1mm to 66.5 mm...seen them on Ebay..cheap as chips too...

Plastic inserts to go in centre bore i believe..never used them so thats as much as i know?
