RS4.2006,FSH,MILTECK,Phantom Black

Hi,
After only a couple of months I have got to put my car up for sale,I have just found out I am to be a dad for the first time and all my spare cash is tied up in this car and is needed else where......
The car has been an absolute pleasure to own an all round fantastic piece of engineering.I have just had a couple of issues resolved under warranty so the car needs for nothing.I looked at 5 cars before I brought this one and by far its condition and spec were the best I have no doubt in my mind that the first person to view it will buy it.........
Spec as follows.
Phantom Black,immaculate paintwork
19" RS4 wheels with no marks on them at all and Pirelli P Zero rosso tyres all with 3-4mm tread left
Brakes are all in good condition discs have loads of life in them and pads have good bite
Milteck cat back resonated exhaust(sound awesome and is best part of 2k)
Xenons with driveway light up option
All 4 drc shocks have been replaced under audi warranty(very common problem the revised replacment are much safer)
Recaro/RS4 heated leather bucket seat all in immaculate condition with only very minimal wear on the drivers bolster
Heated rear leather seats with ski bag in the arm rest
Brushed aluminium dash and door card inserts,
Auto dimming rear view mirror
Audi tech pack which includes sat nav/tv,bose speakers,6 disc changer in the glovebox,phone prep etc
Flat bottom lambo style multi function steering wheel.It has the sport button which when pressed changes the exhaust note, and makes the seat wrap more firmly around you
Front and rear parking sensors
Electric sunroof

The Car has full Audi service history with the next one not being due for another 6000miles.
Its current mileage is 52000 but will go up slightly as I am still driving it and it has 5 months tax,being a 06 plate it is not in the high tax bracket though its £140 for 6 months.It has mot untill october too.
I am looking for £20000 which I think is realistic for its spec,mileage and condition,any questions please dont hesitate to ask.

What suspension set up do you have, was it hard to connect it upto the sports button?

Hi is the car still for sale, I'm currently looking for RS4 in black or grey, the car looks great, based in Glasgow so fair distance to view, what condition is the interior in, how many previous owners. thanks.
