While I appreciate that it is new and looks good so far that video did nothing for me. Where was the fuel dumping change down etc???

Spec High, track it numerous times, asset-strip all the good bits, then sell as mint without losing much dosh!

Now that Ive seen the video I actually dislike it more, after I watched it I thought Id just watched a new video of a normal A4, doesnt stand out one bit, and the back definitely looks like a baby Q7... Sorry but it seems like Audi Failed on this one looks wise

The True test would be to put this and the B7 Avant side by side and for the same driver to test both on and off track

Seen it in the metal yesterday, sat in it, have the brochure for it. And still underwhelmed.

The marketing guy who was in the car with us confirmed that there have been no adjustments to the s-tronic box and that it and the engine and the suspension is lifted from the RS5 which for them is OK because it is perceived as a practical GT cruiser / autobahn stormer. So whatever compromises people felt the RS5 has over the B7, you'll likely get them in the RS4. And to top it off, the Recaro Comfort seats are standard and buckets this time are a cost option as it drive select, torque vectoring. Ceramics are an option but only on the front, steels on the rear, the new wave design steel discs supposedly reduce weigth by some 3-4kgs per cormer and are designed vaned to counter the problems Audi know the B7 RS4 has with the Brembo pinned crossdrilled discs (nice of them to tell us!). The guy even said to get a decent spec RS4 you'll need £6-10k worth of options.

Pics to follow but the back is not as agressive, the front looks like an even blingier version of the RS3/RS5 front grille and whilst the inside is very well appointed no doubt and the tech good, for me I stand by what I say until test drive that it is not £40-45k better. I hope a test drive may change that, first cars due in the UK in October.

The best car on the stand was the R8 GT spyder in a great new matt blue / silver colour. Best car at the sho was the Aventador J, it is stunning. Most disappointing however was the new Ferrari F12. FF fro the outside, 599 on the inside; it's a sad day that their new supercar does not look good in Ferrari Rosso red and is better in a brushed aluminium colour. Best hospitality is between Rolls and Lambo; Ferrari were totally up their own arses. Pimp my ride 2012 went to the MP4-12C.

No official weight as yet because it isn't officially available as yet because it has not met type approval regulations. The brochure is a 3 page foldout with some pics on and marketing blurb, nowt techncial and there isn't a detailed brochure in production yet. They would have taken my name to send one to me when it was available but I couldn't be arsed.

FUGLY 2012 award goes to the new Bentley SUV, it is vomit inducing. More so than Mansory's chavved MP4-12C
