BMW 320d Touring Black (2005) looking for S4 Avant or S6

I am considering moving back to fast Audi ownership so with this in mind here is my current BMW. It is in good condition with the usual minor scratches etc. Notably one on the corner of the front bumper. Generally it cleans up well and goes very well. It has a diesel tuning box fitted which lifts power from 150hp to around 190hp but retains good fuel consumption. This makes the car very useable. In my ownership I have changed the wheels to the genuine 18in BMW wheels pictured which really set the car off. These wheels got new tyres this year so a good amount of life left in them. It has a single CD player and air conditioning - both working fine. Black cloth interior. MOT until December and Taxed to the end of May. As you will know it is very reasonable to tax this car thanks to emissions leveled taxation (but you get the benefit of better performance than you are taxed for!). I took the car to France and back this year with no issues (a great long distance car)
Would consider some sort of swop deal for an Audi S4 avant or S6/S6 avant without the need for me to add cash.
